I had an amazing time exploring this city's southern coast. The hotel's location was perfect, just 15 minutes away from all the attractions like the night market, aquarium, beaches, and scenic spots. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable, helping me with motorcycle rentals at a discounted rate and even swapping batteries when mine ran out for free. The service was truly exceptional.

My New Year experience at this hotel was incredible. The hospitality was top-notch, and the location was perfect for touring the southern coast of Taiwan. They were only 15 minutes away from everything, including the Kenting night market, various beaches and reefs, and all the scenic vistas. My favorite part was the customer service, which was even better than a resort. They went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable, such as having a motorcycle delivered at a rate below competitors and arranging a quick battery swap when it ran out, and having discounted tickets for local attractions available upon request.
I can't think of any negative aspects that I experienced during my stay. Everything was great, from the friendly staff to the beautiful scenery around the hotel.

The hospitality and location were spot on! We were able to explore the southern coast of Taiwan with ease. The hotel is about 15 minutes away from all the attractions, including the night market, aquarium, beaches, and some scenic sights. They provided the best service, better than a resort. They even helped us rent a motorcycle at a lower rate than others, and when the battery ran out, they instantly sent someone to our location to change it for free. They also gave us discounted tickets to the aquarium!
It was tough to find anything we disliked! The only minor inconvenience was difficulty getting to and from the hotel due to traffic, but it didn't impact our overall experience.
